Glem Energyselect cookers give cooks more control over baking and roasting, allowing the use of gas or electricity or a combination of both in the one cooking cycle. This feature allows Energyselect ovens to be quickly heated to the desired temperature with gas and then switched to electricity for the baking cycle.
